OCC is lead by a leadership team made up of elders and deacons. Our current elders are Romeo Tafadzwa Makwinye (also our pastor) and Daniel Webster. They oversee the spiritual life and direction of the church. Romeo is originally from Zimbabwe and Daniel from Australia. Together with their families they have been attending OCC since it began. Both of them teach at the Namibian Evangelical Theological Seminary.
